1. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that:

2. Products & Food Disclaimer
We sell freshly baked cookies and related food products.
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- All products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
- Storage instructions must be followed (e.g. room temperature, refrigeration if required)
- We are not responsible for product quality once items have been delivered or collected
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with:
- Wheat (Gluten)
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Soy
- Nuts
While we take care during preparation, we operate in a kitchen that handles allergens and cannot guarantee an аllergen-free environment.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements must review ingredients and contact us prior to ordering if unsure.
3. Custom & Bulk Orders
For custom, event, or bulk orders:
- Orders may require a deposit or full upfront payment
- Production will not begin until payment is received
- Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Full payment is required before orders are processed or dispatched
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities per customer
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within Australia only
- Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays or service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or environmental exposure (e.g. heat).
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Unsafe
If there is an issue with your order:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and details
We will assess and determine an appropriate resolution (replacement, credit, or refund where applicable).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
