To place an order, start by submitting an enquiry through our website or contact form.

Once received, we’ll send you our Events Info Pack along with an order form. Simply complete the order form and attach any required details, documents, or inspiration for your event.

We’ll then review your request and provide a quote. Once your invoice is paid in full, your order is officially confirmed and locked in.

Yes - this depends on your order type.

All Australia Post delivery orders must be packaged to ensure your cookies arrive safely and in one piece.

For pickup orders, you have the option to have your cookies packaged or unpackaged in the box. If you choose no packaging, your cookies will be provided as-is for easy serving or display.

Not at this stage. Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee they are safe for specific dietary requirements or allergies.

As we grow, we hope to expand our range to include more options.

We focus on our signature thick, loaded cookies, but we customise the presentation and naming to match your event theme.
